The quality of the product is great and the shipping was fast. However the wooden base and the metal tree came separate. In the description it doesn't mention that they come separately. For as expensive as it was I think it makes sense to have it come mounted or at least have holes pre drilled so it can be screwed together. I had to use glue to put it together.

The base should have been mounted once the order had been paid for. I had to pay an additional price to have it mounted. that should have been an option
