They not had exactly what I wanted but I also needed the item engraved and quickly! I did have to pay a rush fee but am so grateful that was even an option. Customer service is wonderful! The item arrived on time and in perfect condition (including the engraving.) I would not hesitate to order from them again.
Logo/artwork is spot on. Love the fact that it’s saved from previous orders which makes reordering quicker. Like the fact a draft is sent for approval so I can rest easy knowing my order will be sent exactly as needed.
This is a great base for the items are you can't or don't want to engrave. The engraving on the plague is well done.
