We can laser-engrave your custom design and/or message into this solid walnut plaque. Add up to 7 lines of personalization to the brass title plate measuring 3.5"w x 2"h for only $8. 

Upload artwork above or use the special instructions box to share your custom design ideas with us and let our team do the rest. We’ll send a free proof for approval before we begin any production. Your custom design will be sandblasted by our team!

  • To keep your plaque looking finished, we will attach 22 small brass plates to the 14" x 20" plaque and 50 plates to the 20" x 22" plaque. 
  • When you are ready to personalize the individual plates, give us a call at 800.834.9093 with the engraving details. Replacement plates (SKU:5902) are only $10, which include the personalization fee.
